In this tutorial jayanam is exporting the low poly and high poly mesh of the sculpted Axe model from Blender and imports it into Substance Painter for texturing.

In Substance Painter he is baking the mesh maps with and uses the high poly mesh to bake the details.

Then he is creating a stylized wood material that is a combination of 3 materials with different brown tones to add color variation and masking for cavities and curvature.

In the the end Jay uses to Post processing features of Substance Painter to make the material and the model really pop:-)
