In this video I show you a free terrain asset from the Unity Assetstore and also how to use this in Blender 2.79 with Cycles renderer. Here you can follow along the video in which I import the asset into a new Unity project with Unity 2017 and then use the obj model in Blender cycles:

The material I also create with Cycles and then assign the textures to it using the Principled shader. This would make it possible to use the model and material with Blender Eevee as well becuase this shader is universal in Blender 2.8 for both Cyles and Eeevee.
